My name is Gifty. When I grow up, I want to be a Medical Doctor, because I want to help treat the sick.

My Day

When I wake up from bed I wash the dishes, get water from the pump for the house, and go to school. From school, I go to CELDI-Liberia afterschool camp on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. When I get home, I sell empty bottles, eat during night hours, and go to sleep in a room with my brothers.

My Community

I live in a community that is highly open to danger. It serves as a place where children freedom is seized. The people who live here are from various tribal settings and sell harmful substances as means of getting their daily food.

My Prayer

That God will provide me with shelter, education, clothing, and food. Please pray that a faithful sponsor will connect with me to ensure that my dreams become true.
