My name is Trucy. I am not in school due to lack of school fees. If I find a sponsor I will go to K-1.

My Day

I wake up early in the morning and get ready to greet my mother. At home, I play hide and seek during my leisure time with my friends. I eat lunch and go to collect firewood for cooking food. I live with my mother and 5 of my siblings.

My Community

I live in a rural village in the South-Western part of Uganda.  It is a trading centre where we go for buying things like books, pens, and pencils.  I sleep in a temporary house with iron sheets used for a roof. Most of the houses surrounding our house are grass thatched houses.

My Prayer

Pray for me to have knowledge from God. I need school fees to go to school and start my education.  I need a school uniform and books, pens and pencils to help me in schooling. I hope God will answer your prayers for me.
