My name is Promise.

My Day

I wake up early in the morning and get ready for school. At school, I play football during play time with my friends and siblings. At around 2 pm, I eat lunch and after lunch I walk 3 kilometers to go get water for cooking and drinking. I live with both my parents and 5 of my siblings.

My Community

I live in a rural village in south-western part of Uganda. It is a trading centre where we go for buying things like books, pens, and pencils. I sleep in a house thatched with iron sheets. Most of the houses surrounding our house are temporary houses.
