Age: 10

My name is Demias. I am not in school due to lack of school fees and school supplies.

My Day

I wake up early in the morning and get ready to wash my face. At home, I play football, hide and seek game during my leisure time with my friends. After mid-day, I eat lunch and go to fetch water for cooking supper. I live with both my grandparents.

My Community

I live in a rural village in South-Western part of Uganda. It is a trading centre where we go for buying things like food, and clothes and sweets.  I sleep in a semi-permanent iron sheet thatched house. Most of the houses surrounding our houses are grass thatched houses.

My Prayer

Pray for my family to have blessings from God. I need school fees to go to school and start my education. I need a school supplies books, pens and pencils to help me in schooling. I hope God will answer your prayers for me.
