My Day

I wake up at 4:00 am, sweep around the house, wash dishes, mop the house, bathe and go to school. After school, I go to the market to buy food, study, and eat dinner. I go to bed at 9pm. I sleep on a mat.

My Community

I live in a village where most of the houses are grass thatched and with mud floors, and our house is one of them with no window. The market is a 2 hour walk from my village. It has many kinds of goods such as clothes, soap, and food. Most people grow corn which is our staple food. In my village many boys and girls get married in their teens. I live with my Mum, Dad and 2 Sisters.
