My name is Bridget.

My Day

I wake up at 4:00 am, mop my house, clean dishes, and bath. After school, I go to Rise Malawi. When I get home, I clean dishes and go to bed at around 8:00 pm. I sleep on a bed.

My Community

I live in a village where most of the houses are grass-thatched with a mud floor. Our market is a 15 minutes’ walk from my house. It has many kinds of goods such as vegetables, dry fish, lotion, soap, and tomatoes. Most people grow corn which is our staple food. In my village, many boys and girls drop out of school because of lack of school fees. Some girls drop out of school because they outgrow their classes, and some end up getting married early. I live with my Parents, 2 Sisters and 1 Brother.

My Prayer

Pray for provision for a school bag, school shoes, pens, pencils, and pray for me to have good health.
