Shalom is a sweet girl, she is ever happy even on the days when at home there is no food you find her smiling for hope.

 

My Day

I wake up with my sister, we put on our uniforms, and go to school. study, play and pray to God. we walk back home, fetch water, wash untesils, play, do our homework and sleep. we do not eat sapper. 

My Community

She stays with her single mother and her four 4 sisters. Her mum came to separate with their dad who had resorted to alcohol all the time, tortured and abused the kids every time he was home that reached to an extent of threatening their mother in case she reports to police, but still the condition kept on worsening until she decided to move to another place and started a new life.

My Prayer

I miss my father. 

my father to get food for us.
