Mark is a yong determined boy who always walks two miles to come to school and going back home. he does not care about the distance as long as he comes to school. He is so happy and appreciates every moment at school. 

My Day

 

I wake up, help my mother with my siblings, then wash my face, and go to school, I study, eat, and play with my friends. I walk back home, fetch water, wash untesils, eat sapper, and sleep.

Mark is one of the boys who always wanted to join our school after staying home for a period because his parents have no money to support him and his brothers to school. Mark’s father is a teacher in one of the local schools far away from where they stay, he has always tried to work hard to support them but gets too little which can’t support him with educating his children. He has tried several times to quit teaching because many times they are not paid and being promised but never fulfills their promises. Mark has two brothers and him being the first born. Many time it’s his responsibility to take care of his siblings as parents goes to find something to do.
