My name is Sametta O. When I grow up, I want to be a Medical Doctor, because I want to give the sick people quality medical care.

My Day

Fetching water from the pump, washing dishes, going to school, going to CELDI’s After-school program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, studying my lessons, and eating a late evening meal at home.

My Community

I live in a slum community. Like most communities in Liberia, my community does not have access to safe drinking water, electricity, and good health centers. I live with my mother.

My Prayer

Pray for my education, feeding, and clothing.
