My name is Glorious B. When I grow up, I want to be a Professional Nurse, because I want to serve poor people who do not have the financial means of getting quality healthcare in my country.

My Day

Washing dishes, walking hungry to school, going to CELDI’s After-school Program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; where I also have the chance to eat delicious meal, returning home and seeing my single parent (mother) struggling to have meal, makes me to cry.

My Community

I live in a community that lacks safe drinking water and electricity. It has many houses that are built with zinc walls, thatch and mud (these are owned by poor people). I live with my Mother.

My Prayer

Pray for my education, feeding, clothing, and a better shelter.
